Two different shades of stoneware clay create the base for the sgraffito birch design and it has been finished with clear glaze with raw glaze exposed in the candle holder.

As birch is the national tree of my native home Finland it has always been my favourite symbol to use in my work as well as home decor and this sconce will definitely be lighting my darker evenings so I hope you’ll love it too.

Each item is slightly different in shape size and design as they are all individually carved.

For safety never leave a burning candle unattended.
